At FastMKV, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure that your purchases arrive timely and safely, we have established the following shipping policy:

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

• Upon placing an order, we require 1-3 business days to process it. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a bit longer.
• Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, with delivery typically taking 7 – 12 business days on average.

We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as straightforward as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Below, we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

Shipping Costs We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are shipped FREE of charge if the order value is above $20.

Order Confirmation The shipping confirmation along with the tracking number will be sent by the sender via email once the order has been processed in the system.

DUTIES AND/OR IMPORT TAXES In addition to shipping costs, duties or import taxes may apply as the goods are shipped from a country outside the EU (China). Please contact our customer service at info@fastmkv.com before ordering to find out if a product is subject to customs duties. Duties or import taxes are not paid by us and are the responsibility of the buyer. Our goods are always shipped duty unpaid and tax unpaid (duty unpaid and tax unpaid).

The buyer is the importer of the goods and is responsible for proper payment of duties and/or taxes upon importation and must fully comply with all laws and regulations of the importing country.

As import rules vary from country to country, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the customs and import regulations of your country before placing an order.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is obligated to verify compliance with all laws and regulations of the importing country.
